Nanna's thoughts
words do not do her justice
From the moment I knew that Madison existed, she had my heart. Once she had my heart she became a part of me and she would never let go. She would be the one to carry on for me in the next generation.
That thought never changed, not even after she was injured. This little girl who could not speak spoke volumes to my soul. She inspired me like no one else could or ever will. Her joy and loving spirit inspired me to move mountains.
That is the message that I want to carry on. The prayer that I said every single day without fail, with Madison and to God was this-Thank you Lord for this beautiful girl, she is so sweet, so smart, so special and we are so blessed to have her. Madison is a blessing in our lives. A spirit that would not stop. She gave and received love unconditionally. Everyone who met her and those who knew her were touched by her loving spirit.
Contrary to the beliefs of some, Madison did not have a terrible life. She had two tragedies in her life that changed who she could have been. However, I would not change who she was for a million bucks.
I am comforted by the fact that my precious little angel is now in the loving arms of Jesus and family members who have preceded her in death. Now I can rejoice that her body is perfect, she is running and playing in heaven. Most of all, she is safe.
